Many of you have been asking how I’ve been doing since my stroke.  

For my six-week anniversary I will be walking in the Amy’s Angels 5K at Winding Trails this Sunday April 10th and I am inviting you to sponsor me for this walk and help support Amy's Angels, an organization that I currently serve on the board.

We are raising money to help individuals and families in need due to a debilitating disease or injury.  We’ve helped more than two dozen people in various ways over the last two years and have provided over $150,000 in direct support.
